22年前，諾曼貝茲在自家的旅館中，刺殺了正在淋浴的女房客瑪莉蓮，而被關進了精神病院，一關就是22年。如今，加州政府根據醫生的診斷決定讓他重回社會，他獲釋後，返回了山丘上的破舊旅館。諾曼在當地一家餐館中找到了新工作，擔任廚師的助手，因此認識了年輕的女服務生瑪麗，兩人墜入了情網。但是不久後，諾曼卻在自家的窗口，看到了死去的母親，接下來，小鎮上便發生了一連串的謀殺案，這些凶殺案會是諾曼的所作所為嗎？他真的痊愈了嗎？

2023 恐怖簡介： Cemal, a lonely hearse driver, has to transport the body of a young woman who has been murdered to her parents' home. During the trip, however, the body comes to life and when he sees her, Cemal falls in love with the undead woman. This is when he begins to commit murders in order to feed her, even if it means having to deal with the police's attempts to capture a serial killer.
