億萬富翁範進賓的兒子和兒媳在一場車禍中雙雙身亡，隻留下可憐的孫子小寶貝陪在身旁，範因此對孫子格外關愛，養成了他任性驕傲的壞毛病新來的家庭女教師瑪麗與小寶貝一番大戰之後，成為了親密無間的好朋友。 範的侄子貪婪凶狠，為謀奪財產不惜整死叔父。然而卻發現遺囑中已規定小寶貝成為億萬家財的唯一繼承人。唯恐遭到毒手，小寶貝逃出家門。表叔的爪牙們陰差陽錯將與小寶貝長的一模一樣的彬彬及其叔叔泰迪抓了回來。由此引發一連串爆笑刺激的精彩好戲……
